glover at Mr: Moors in Artillery Street
in Bunhil fields in the parish of
St: Luke in the County of Middlesex
& of George Pearson< no role > of Chiswell
Street in the said parish one of
the Head Boroughs

First of all Mr: George Hipsley< no role > Maketh
Oath that he has had lately Feloniously
Stolen & taken in his shop & quantity of
Leather & gloves of the value of Three
Shillings & this Informt: on his Oath says
he has a strong suspicion that one
John [..] [..] his Servant did Feloniously
steal & take the said Leather & gloves
because he confess'd to him the stealing the
said leather & gloves & by the direction of
the said John Smith< no role > he this Inform: found
this day the said leather & gloves in
the lodging room of Andrew Smith< no role > the
Brother of said John Smith< no role > Secondly
Andrew Smith< no role > Maketh Oath that his
wife told him (he being then abroad) that
the said John Smith< no role > brought the said
Leather & gloves to his lodging Thirdly
George Pearson< no role > maketh Oath that
he this day on a search Warrt. [..] nd
the said leather & gloves in the lodging
room of the said Andrew Smith< no role >
