This Examinant saith That last Night
between 11. & 12 o Clock one Capt. Abraham Clark< no role >
and
and one Capt. Campbell [..] wre in Company
with this Examinant at her Lodgings aforesaid
together with Mr. Archibald Blair< no role >
a Surgeon
who this Examinant beleives Lodges at Mr. Smith's
a Taylor in Northumberland Court
in the Stand
After they had been in Company some time Mr: Blair
wen't down to change a Guinea and soon after she
this Examinant heard a Noise in the [..] Court
and a Knocking at the Door with a Cry of Murder
whereupon the said Mr. Campbell went down and
returned imediately but upon the Continuance of the
knocking at the Don he the said Mr. Campbell
insited upon going down which he accordingly [..]
did and soon returned with his Sword drawn and
all Bloody and sayd that he the said Mr Campbell,
had Killed a Man And thereupon they the said Mr.
Campbell and Mr. [..] Blair imediately went
