This Examinant Saith that a person (now in Custody in his
Majesties Goal of Newgate in the County of Middx) who goes by the
name of
William Franklyn< no role >
and by the Nick Name of Rusty Disk
did on or about the 20th. day of October which was in the Year of
our Lord 1736
attack him on the Highway as he was travelling
between Islep & Wheatley in oxfordshire that he robbed him and
forcibly took from him One Guinea Fifteen Shillings in Silver a
Silver Watch & his Hatt and this Robbery was Committed in the
day time between the Hours of Four & Five o'Clock in the afternoon
on or about the Said 20th. October in the year 1736
And this
Examinant Saith that he is very Positive that the person who Robbed
him as aforesaid the Said
