charge her As yet but Warwick & Bygraves consession

Is it must [..] adviseable to Indite Bygrave for
ye Conspiracy or for ye Perjury or else for a misdemeanor
in personating another& lodging such Information
upon oath as above with Intent falsely to charge an
Innocent person with a Felony

Is ye Evidence above [..]

will it be necessary to have Mr Spurce here in
Person and upon I whole wt other Evidence will
be necessary

In case Mr Spruce's Evidence be neassary be living [..]
