Honour an Account of this my Long Confinment
hoping your honour will not take the Same himss
I was Sent here for an Assault Last Sessions
and is now Detain'd only for your honrs. feese

May it therefore Please your honour According
to your honrs. Tender Consideration Goodness and
Charity Towards poor Prisoners, for give the same
as I have no friend in life to Subsist or Mentaine
me in this my Miserable Condittion
