To the Right Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middx in their Quarter
Sessions of the Peace Assembled

The Humble petition and Appeal of
the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the poor of the parish of St. James within
the Libty of Westmr. in the County of Middx

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the
hands and seals of William Burdon< no role > & R: Peirson Esqrs.
two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the City and
Libty of Westmr: bearing date the 24th day of June last Ann
Heaney
< no role > & William < no role > her Child were removed from the
parish of St. George Hanover Square in the said Libty
to the said parish of St. James as the place of their last
legal Settlemt. Whereby your petitioners think them
Selves Agrieved

And Therefore humbly pray this Court
will please to Appoint a time for
hearing the said Appeal and that all
persons Concerned may attend at the
Same time

And your Petitioners shall Ever pray
