The King against Judith Wright< no role > upon an Indictment for
willfull and Corrupt perjury

Whereas it was ordered by the Court of the last Sessions of Oyer
and Terminer holden at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in & for
the County of Midd that the Recogn taken for the Defts.
Appearance to try her Traverse upon the said Indictmt.
at this present Sessions Should be respited untill the next
Sessions of Oyer & Terminer to be holden for the said County
upon the Defts. payment of Ten Shillings Cost unto Thomas
Charlesworth
< no role > the prosecutor of the said Indictment before
the Rising of the said Court he having by his Councell
moved the Said Court that the said Recogn might be
Estreated into the Court of Exchequer because the said
Deft. has not tryed her said Traverse The said Thomas
Charlesworth
< no role > maketh Oath that the said sum of Ten
Shillings hath not been paid to him the said Thomas
Charlesworth
< no role > or to any other person by his Order and for
his use.
