Dorothy< no role > the wife of the said Dennis Condrin< no role > of the
Parish of Christ Church Spittlefeilds in the County of
Middlesex Weaver Maketh oath that her said husband
was bound over by Recognizance for his appearance in
December Sessions last And also at this present Sessions
Now holden by adjournment To Answer what should
be objected agst. him by John Willouby< no role > who Swore the peace
agst. him And this Deponent Further Saith That her said
husband Darr not appear here this Sessions but is
forced to keep himselfe out of the way by reason that the
said John Willoughby< no role > hath obtained a writt of
Exemcon out agst. the said Dennis Condrin which is the
only reason that the said Dennis Condrin< no role > doth not appear
to withdraw his Recognizance
