Middx Maketh Oath That on the Twelfth day of January instant
he this depont did deliver to and Leave with Ann Kerne< no role > Mother
of Mary Doughty< no role > the prosecutrix in this Cause a Notice whereof
the Annexed is a true Copy at her Lodgings in Jennin Street in
ye said parish of St. James and this Depont. further saith That
the said Ann Kerne< no role > then informed him that the said Mary
Doughty did then Lodge with her but that She was not then at
home but expected her home in the Evening and then She would
Deliver the said Notice to her and this Depont. further saith That
Yesterday he did see the said Mary Doughty who then informed
his Depont. that she had received the notice which this Depont
had left with the said Ann Kerne< no role > her Mother
