Tudor Smith< no role > of Battersea in the County of Surry Gentleman
maketh Oath that the Dept Thomas Parker< no role > was Sometime in the
month of December last as his Deponant verily beleives Indighted
together with one William Nash< no role > and William Holland< no role > for an Assault
Comitted by them on James Farnsworth< no role > John Wickham< no role > Samuel
Milborn
< no role > & Thomas West< no role > , And this Dept alsoe maketh Oath that
Since the said Indightment was brought the said Thomas Parker< no role >
hath Entered himselfe as a Sailor and is Gone aboard of his
Majties Ship of Warr called the Hampton Court and cannot
as this Deponant beleives have liberty to attend the Sessions now held at
Hickes' Hall in the County of Middlesex in order to plead to
the said Indightment, and Discharge his Recognizance altho
he hath agreed with his prosecutors & who have Given him
and the said other partys a Generall Release.
