and this Dept. further Saith That the said Dept hath not
appeared according to To the Tenure of the said recognizance
and that She hath applyed to the Clerk of the peace to get a Certificate
in Order ToTakeground a Warrant to Take him up again to bring
him before This Court to receive the Judgment of itThis Court
and heath been refused by reason use said Dept had pleaded of Guilty to the said and This Dept. Lastly Saith That She
and her Husband hath been put to Expences and other Damage in the neglecting
and being Uncapable of going about and Doeing her Lawfull
busines above Twenty pounds By reason of ye Blowes and Bruses
so reced as aforesaid from the Dept Exclusive of the Surgeons
Bill and the Damage Done to her person which is Irrecoverable
and hopes this Court will Take the Case In Consideration
