be heard & determined by this Court on this present
Thursday the tenth day of may instant, Now upon
hearing of what was alledged by Councell for the Churchwardns.
and Overseers of the poor of the said parish of Twickenham
and alsoe by Councell for the Church wardens & Overseers
of the poor of the said parish of St.James Clerkenwell
It is by Consent of the aforsaid Councell on both sides-
Ordered by this Court that the hearing & determining
of the said appeale be and the same is hereby further
adjorned untill the next General Quarter sessions of
the peace to be holden for this County by adjornment
on Tuesday the twenty sixth day of June next at ten
of the Clock in the forenoon, And that the Church Wardns.
& Overseers of the poor of both the said parishes & all
persons concerned doe attend the Court of the said
next General Quarter Sessions at the same time to
heare & abide the Judgment & determination of the
same Court touching the said appeale, And It is-
further Ordered by this Court that the said Appellents
doe produce the said Abigail Hayes< no role > before the said
Court at the time aforesaid,
