in the County aforesaid by adjornment
on Tuesday the twenty sixth day of June in the seventh
sixth
yeare of the regin of our sovereign Lord George the
second King of Great Britain France & Ireland Defender

assigned to keep the peace in the County aforesaid
and alsoe to heare & determine divers felonys trespasses
& other evil deeds committed in the same County,
Upon hearing of the appeale of the Church wardens &
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Giles without
Cripplegate
in this County against an Order under
the younger Esqr. two of his Maties Justices of the peace
for the said County (Quorum unus being there in
mentioned) bearing date the third day of April one
thousand seven hundred & thirty three

ages about twenty two years who was lately
to become Chargeable to the parish of St. Andrew
Holborn above the Barrs
in this County was removed
from the said parish of St. Andrew Holborn above the
Barrs
to the said parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate
as the place of her last legal settlement (the hearing-
& determining of which appeale was by verify of an Order
made at the last General Sessions of the peace helden
for the said County by adjorument on Friday the
eleventh day of May now last adjourned untill this
present General Session of the peace holden for the
same County) And upon hearing of what was
alledged by Councell for the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St. Andrew
Holborn above the Barrs
and alsoe by Councell for the
Church wardens & Overseers of the poor of the said parish of
