Should immediatley pay to the Church wardens or Overseers
of the poor of the said parish of Stanmore Magna the
sum of one pound seven shillings and two pence for &
towards the extraordinary charges they have been at in
maintaining the Said Ann Fern< no role > during the time of
her lying in, And that the Petr. is alsoe by the Said
Order Ordered to give sufficient security to the Church wardens
& Overseers of the poor of the parish of Stanmore Magna
aforesaid for the due performance of the aforesaid
Order, And that the Petr. thinking himselfe aggrieved
by the said Order and Adjudgment of the said two
Justices of the peace appealed tothis Cthe said Court
against the Same,whereupon It was by an Order
made by the s
And whereas by an Order made by the
Said Court on the Said third day of April last the-
hearing & determining of the Said appeale was-
adjourned untill this present General Sessions of the-
peace holden for the said County of Middx, Now
upon hearing of what was alledged by Councell for
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the Said
parish of Stanmore Magna and alsoe by Councell
for the Petr Petr
for the Petr. It is Ordered by this Court that the
benefit of the said appeale be saved unto the Petr.
And that the hearing & determining there of be
and the same is hereby further adjourned untill
the next General Quarter Sessions of the peace to
be holden for the said County of Middx, And that-
the Petr. and alsoe the Churchwardens & Overseers of
the poor of the said Parish of Stanmore Magna
and all parsons concerned doe attendthe Court of
the Court of the Said next General Quarter Sessions
of the peace to be holden for the said County by
adjourment on Tuesday the twenty Sixth day of
June next at ten of the clock in the forenoon to
& abide the Judgment & determination of the Same
Court touching the said appeale,
