& Over seers of the poor of the Parish of St. Clemt. Danes in
the County aforesd.

Sheweth

That by an Order Under the Hands & Seals of two of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the sd. County of Middx (One of them
being of the Quorum) dated the 13th. Day of this Instant June Ann
Wilbourn< no role > was removed from the Parish of St. Andrew Holborn on have
the Barrs in this County to the sd. Parish of St. Clemt. Danes as the place
of her last Legall Settlemt. Where by your petrs. conceive them selves [..]
be agreived.

Your Petrs. there fore Humbly pray Your Worships
we- be pleased to appoint some day this present
Sessions to hear & determine. the matter touching
the sd. Appeale.
