To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the peace for
the County of Middlesex in General Quarter Sessions at Hicks Hall assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwdns.
& Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint Ann
Westminster in the County of Middlesex .

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a pass Warrant under the Hands &
Seals of John Ellis< no role > and Oliver Lambart< no role > two of his Majestyes-
Justices of the peace for the City and Libty of Westminster
(Quorum unus) bearing date the Twenty third day of June Instand
William Forrister< no role > aged about Sixty Eight Years was removed
from the Parish of Saint James Westminster in the said County
of Middlesex to the said parish of Saint Ann whereby your
Petitioners conceive them selves to be Aggrieved.

There fore humbly appeal to this Court
against the Adjudgement of the said two
Children and pray your Worships will be
pleased to Order that the Church wardens-
and Over seers of the poor of the said parish
of Saint James Westminster and all person
concerned do attend this Court some day in
this present sessions to hear and abide the
Judgement and Determination of this
Court touching the said Appeal.

And shall ever pray Etc.
