Middx.To Wit


To the Church Wardens and Overseers, of the Poorof the
Parish of St. Mary le Bone in the County of Middlesex ;
and to the Church Wardens and Over Seers of the Poor of
the Parish ofSt. Martin in ye Fields in ye said
County and to each & every of them

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two of His
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County aforesaid;
[..] one where of being of the Quorum)by the Church Wardens and Overseers of the
poor of the said Parishof St. Mary le Bone That
Mary Thorn< no role > Daughter of Ambrose < no role > & Amy Thorn< no role >
both deceased aged about Ten Years in lately come and
Intruded into your said parish Endeavoring to settle there
Contrary & Law and is likely to
become Chargeable to the said Parishof St. Mary le Bone
We the said Justices upon Examina-
tion of the Premises taken before Us, upon Oath and other Circumstances,
do Adjudge the same to be true, and do also Adjudge the Place of the last
legal Settlement of the saidMary Thorn< no role > To be in of Parish
of St. Martin in ye fields in ye said County of Middx

THESE are therefore in his Majesty's Name, to require you on Sight
hereof, to Remove and Convey the saidMary Thorn< no role >
from and out of your said Parish of
St. Mary le Bone To ye said Parish of St. Martin
in ye Fields
andhe deliver unto the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
there. or to some, or one of them, who are hereby required to receive and
provide forher According to Law. Given under our Hands and
Seals this19day ofJune 1733
