To the Right Worshipfull his Majesties Justice
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex in their
Generall Quarter Sessions at Hicks Hall
Assembled-

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Martin in
the Fields in the county of Middlesex

Sheweth.

That by Vertue of a Pass Warrant under the
Hands and Seals of Jno. Martin< no role > and Andrew Osborn< no role >
Esquires Two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex (One whereof is of the Quorum)
bearing Date the twelfth Day of April last Charles
Pyke
< no role > was removed from the Hamlet of Poplar and
Blackwal in the parish of stepney in the said County
of Middlesex to the said Parish of saint Martin in the
Fields as the Place of his last legal Settlement whereby
Your Petitioners conceive themselves to be Aggrieved.

Wm. Head< no role > Agent for
St. Martins

Therefore they humbly appeal to your
Worships against the Judgement of the said
two Justices and pray your Worships
will be pleased to Appoint some Day
this present Sessions to hear and determine
the said Appeal

And your Petitioners shall ever pray
