To the Right Worspl. His Majestys Justices of the Peace
at Their General Quarter Sessions assembled for the County of Middx

The Humble Peticon and Appeale of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint George in the Said County

Sheweth


That by a Pass warrant or Order under the hands and
Seales of Clifford William Phillips< no role > and James Brain< no role > Esqrs two
of his Maties Justices of the Peace of the Said County of Middx
(One being of the Quorum) bearing date the 22d day of May
1733 Mary Simpson< no role > the Widdow of John Simpson< no role > deceased
was remov'd from the Parish of Saint Mary (White Chappel )
in the Said County to the Said Parish of Saint George as
the place of her last legal Settlement

That You Peticoners think themselves Aggriev'd by
the Said Pass Warrant or Order And humbly appeale to this
Court Against the same

Therefore Your Peticoners humbly pray this
Court to Appoint a day in this General
Quarter Sessions that att Parties may then
Attend to hear and abide the Judgment and
determinacon of the Court touching this Appeal
