The humble Petition of Henry Rogers< no role > Constable of Ealing in the County
of Middlesex

Sheweth

That Yor. Petitioner haveing obtained the Order hereunto annexed
did Shew the Same unto John Tadpole< no role > therein mentioned and told him
the contents thereof but the said John Tadpole refused as he now do [..]
to obey the same or any Part thereof And your Petitioner having
executed the office of Constable in the said Parish of Ealing as Setforth
in his former Petition and the said Order hereunto Annexed

Yor. Petitioner most humbly prays your Worships
the Premisses considered to discharge Yor. Petitioner
from his said Office or make such further or other order
herein as to your worships shall Seem meets.

And Yor. Petitioner Shall ever pray Etc.
