At the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace of our Lord
the King of the County of Middlesex at Hicks hall in Saint John
Street in the County aforesaid by Adjournment Tuesday to wit
the 26th day of June in the Seventh year of the Reign
of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace
of God now King of Great Britain and so forth And in
the year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and thirty
three

It is Ordered by this Court That the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint James Westmr .
in this County have Notice of this Petition and Appeal
and that they and all persons concerned do attend this
Court on Fridaynext at tenof the Clock in the
Forenoon to hear and abide the Judgement and determination
of this Court upon and touching the Said appeal
