By adjornment on Thursday the fifth day of
April one thousand Seven hundred and thirty
three

It is Ordered by this Court that an Estreat be made out by
the Clerk of the peace of this County of a Fine of three
pounds six shillings and eight pence sett upon William
Burch
< no role > at the General Sessions of the peace holden for this
County by adjornment on Thursday the twenty second
day of February last upon a presentmt made and returned against him pursuant to this statute in such case made for his default and neglect in not
repairing three yards of pavement before his house in
Great Saint Andrew street in the parish of Saint Giles
in the fields in the said County and yt ye sd Estreat be delivered to the high Conble of Holl Divn. to Ibendale said Fine may be levyed as the Lane directs for which default and
neglect he the said WilliamBurBurch< no role > was presented
by the surveryors of the streets of for the same parish to
John Milner< no role > Thomas Dummer< no role > Esquires and other
Justices of the peace assembled in special Sessions at the
Vestry Room of Saint George Bloomsbury in the said
County on Friday the sixteenth day of February in the
yeare of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and
thirty two, which presentment the said John Milner< no role >
and Thomas Dummer< no role > having examined on Oath
and approved of did afterwards return make and
present under their hands and seales to the said
General Sessions of the peace soe holden by adjornment
as aforesaid pursuant to the statute in such case
made and provided,
