maintenance of the said child for & dureing soe long
time as the said child should continue & be a burthen
on the said parish, And lastly that the Petr. should put
in security for the performance of the said Order Or
to appeare at the next General Quarter Sessions of the
peace to be held for the said County then & there to
abide such Order as the Justices of the peace or the
major part of them should make in the premisses,
And that the Petr. thinks himselfe aggreived by the
Judgmt. of the said two Justices of the peace, and appeales
to this Court against the same, Whereupon at the
request of the Petr. It is Ordered by this Court that
the benefit of the said appeale be saved unto him
And that the hearing & determining thereof be and
the same is hereby adjourned untill the next General
Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden for the
said County, And that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St. James in
the Liberty of Westminster (Upon notice of this
Order) and all persons concerned do attend the
Court of the said next General Quarter Sessions of
the peace to be holden for the said County by
adjornmt. on Friday the seventh day of July next
at ten of the clock in the forenoon to heare & abide the
Judgment & determinacon of the same Court touching
the said appeale,
