The humble Appeal of the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the parish of St. Peter le Poor London

Sheweth.

That by an Order dated the 15th. March 1732 Under
the hands & Seals of J Savage & Andrew Osborne< no role > Esqrs.
two of his Maties. Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx
(Quor me) By which said Order Judith < no role > the wife of Benjamin
Tyler< no role > with Benjamin < no role > their Son aged about Two Years the
lawfull issue of the said Benjamin Tyler< no role > & Judith his wife
were passed from the parish of St. Mary Whitechappell
in the said County of Middx to the said parish of St Peter le
Poor as the place of their last legall Setlement

That the said Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of
the parish of St. Peter le Poor Conceive themselves aggrieved
by the said order & therefore Appeal to this Honble. Bench

Your Petrs. humbly pray this Honble. Court
to appoint a day for hearing the said
Appeal against the said Order

And your Petrs. shall ever pray Etc
