Whereas the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate London
exhibited their humbe peticon & appeale unto this
Court at this present General Quarter Sessions of
the Peace begunn & holden for the County of Middx on
Wednesday the tenth day of January instant
Settingforth that by virtue of an Order or Pass
warrant under the hands & Seales of two of his
Maties Justices of the peace for the said County of
Middx (Quorum Unus) bearing date the twenty
fourth day of November last past Elizabeth Colleyson< no role >
the wife of James Colleyson< no role > Jun with Mary
Colleyson
< no role > her child aged about two yeares were
removed from the Parish of St. Leonard Shoreditch in the
said County to the said Parish of St. Botolph without
Aldgate London as the place of their last legal settlement

And that the Petrs. conceiving themselves aggrieved by
the said warrant and Judgement of the said two
Justices did appeale to this Court, against the same
and for relief in the Premisses which appeale was appointed to be heard by this Court on this the Seventh day of January Now upon hearing of
what was alledged by councell for the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the Said Parish of St. Leonard
Shoreditch and alsoe by Councell for the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the Poor of the Said Parish of St. Botolph
without Alegate [..] Forasmuch as this Court is of
