likewise pay or cause to be paid unto the said
Churchwardens & Overseers or to some or one of them
the sume of two shillings & six pence weekly & every
week from & after the expiracon of one Month to be
computed from the said twenty seventh day of March
for & towards the keeping sustentacon & maintenance
of the said child for & dureing soe long time as the sd.
child should continue & be a burthen on the said
parish, And lastly that the Petr. should putt in
security for the performance of the said Order Or
to appeare at the then next General Quarter Sessions
of the peace to be held for the said County then &
there to abide such Order as the Justices of the peace
or the major part of them should make in the
premisses, And that the Petr. thought himselfe
aggreived by the Judgment of the said two Justices
of the peace and appealed to the said Court against
the same, And whereas by an Order made by the sd.
Court on the said twentyeth day of April last the
hearing & determining of the said appeale was
and stands adjourned untill this present General Quarter
Sessions of the peace holden for the said County,
Now Upon mocon made unto this Court by Councell
for the Petr. praying that the hearing of the sd. appeale
may be further adjourned and offering sufficient
reason for that purpose, It is Ordered by this Court
that the benefit of the said appeale be saved unto
the Petr. And that the hearing & determining
thereof be and the same is hereby further adjourned until
this present Generthe next General Quarter Sessions
of the peace to be holden for the sd. County, And that
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the
said parish of St. James in the Liberty of Westmr
(upon notice of this Order) and all persons concerned
doe attend the Court of the said next General Quarter
Sessions of the peace to be holden for the said County
