To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Liberty
of saffron-hill Hatton Garden, and Ely Rents In the Parish of
St Andrew Holborne In the County of Middsx And to ye Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St Gregory London
Or to any or either of them

Whereas Complaint hath been made by your Churchwarden and
Overseers of ye Poor of the said Liberty of Saffron hill Hatton Garden and
Ely Rents In ye parish of st Andrew Holborne In ye County of Middsx aforesaid
unto us whose hands and seals are here unto sett, Two of his Majesties Justices
of the Peace (Quor unus) for ye County aforesaid, That John Oney< no role > and
Sarah < no role > his wife were Lately Intruded and come into ye said Liberty and parish
aforesaid, there to Inhabit usParishioners Contrary to ye Laws relateing
to ye Settlement of ye Poor and are there likely to become Chargeable,
If not timely prvented, And whereas upon due Examinacon and Enquiry
made into ye Prmisses upon the Oath of the said sarah Oney
it appears unto us and we accordingly adjudge That the said John Oney< no role >
and Sarah Oney his wife are Likely to become Chargeable unto ye said Liberty
and parish aforesaid in ye County aforesaid, and that the Last Legall place
of settlement of the said John Oney< no role > and Sarah by wife
was in ye said parish of st Gregory's London
where her said Husband John Oney< no role > served his Apprenticeship with
One Jacob Robinson< no role > a Sawyer in [..] & whether by Sum they ought to be sent

These are therefore in His Majesties Name to Order and require your said Churchwarden
and Overseers of ye Poor of the Liberty of Saffron hill, Hatton Garden, and Ely
Rents In ye Parish of st Andrew Holborne In ye County of Midesx aforesaid That
you or some of you do forthwith remove and Convey the said John
Oney
< no role > and Sarah Oney by wifeout and from ye said Liberty
and parish aforesaid in ye County aforesaid To the said parish of st Gregorys
Londonand them deliver to ye Churchwardens and
and Overseers of the Poor there, Or some or One of them, together with this
Our Warrant or Order or a true Copy hereof whereby they are likewise
required Justices Majesties Name, and by virtue [..] statutes in such
Case made forthwith to receive the said John Oney< no role > & Sarah Oney
his wifeinto their parish of st Gregory's London
and provide for them as their own Parishioners Given under Our
hands and seals the 31st: day of January-Anno Regui Domnostin
