computed from the said twenty seventh day of
March for & towards the keeping sustentation
& maintenance of the said child for & dureing
soe long time as the said child should continue
& be a burthen on the said parish, And lastly
that the Petr. should put in security of the
performance of the said Order Or to appeare
at the next General Quarter Sessions of the peace
to be held for the said County then and there
toanswerabide such Order as the Justices
of the peace or the major part of them should
make in the premisses, And that the Petr.
thought himselfe aggreived by the Judgment
of the said two Justices of the peace and appealed
to the said Court against the same, And
whereas by vertue of several Orders of General
Quarter Sessions of the peace holden for this
County the hearing & determining of the said
appeale was & stands adjourned untill this
present General Quarter Sessions of the peace
holden for the said County, Now For as much
as this Court is of opinion that the hearing &
determining of the said appeale should be
further adjourned It is Ordered by this Court
that the benefit of the said appeale be saved
unto the Petr. And that the hearing and
determining thereof be and the same is hereby
further adjourned untill the next General
Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden for
the said County, And that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said parish
of St. James in the Liberty of Westminster ( [..]
notice of this Order) and all persons concerned
doe attend the Court of the said next General
Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden for the
said County by adjornment on Tuesday the eighth
day of Maynext at ten of the clock in the
forenoon to heare & abide the Judgment
and determinacon of the same Court touching
the said appeale,
