And that the Petitioners finding themselves aggreived by
the aforesaid Order of the said two Justices doe appeale
against the same unto this Court, whereupon at the
request of the petitioners It is Ordered by this Court
that the benefit of the said appeale be saived unto
them, And that the hearing and determining
thereof be and the same is hereby adjourned untill
the next GeneralSessions of the peace to be
holden for the said County of Middlesex And that the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the poor of the said parish of Saint
Andrew Holborne above the Barrs (upon notice of
this Order) and all persons concerned doe attend the
Court of the said next GeneralSessions of the
peace to be holden for the same County by adjornment
onnext
at ten of the clock in the forenoon to heare and
abide the Judgment and determination of the same
Court touching the said appeale,
