The humble petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of
the parish of Saint Mary Lambeth in the
County of Surry

Sheweth

That by as Order or warrant under the Hands and Seals of James [..] Stuart< no role >
and Bowater Vernon< no role > Esquires two of his Majesties Justices of the peace for the
County of Middlesex (Quor unus) bearing date the thirtieth day of
March last [..] John Bolton< no role > the Son of John Bolton< no role > Aged
about Eight Years was removed from the parish of Saint George
Hanover Square in the said County of Middlesex to the said parish of Saint Mary
Lambeth in the County of Surry as the place of his last legal
Settlement

Your petitioners conceiving themselves
agrieved by the aforesaid Order and Judgment of the said
two Justices humbly appeal to this Court against
the same praying such relief in the premisses
as to this Court shall seem meet
