By adjornment on Thursday the fifth day
of April one thousand seven hundred

Information being given to this Court that one
George Morris< no role > hath brought his action in his
majesties Court of Kings BenchCommon Pleasat westminster
against the Inhabitants of the Hundred of Ossulston
in this County for a robbery by him pretended to
have been committed upon him within the said
Hundred, And that it is proper that a defence
should be made for the said Inhabitants in the
said action, It is Ordered by this Court that Mr.
John Higgs< no role > Attorney at Lawone of the Attorneys of the said Court
of Common pleasbe directed and employed
And he is hereby directed todofmake a defence
as Attorney [..] for the Inhabitants of the said
Hundred of Ossulston in the aforesaid action
brought against them by the said George
