To the Right Worshipfull His Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middx in their Generall
Quarter Sessions Assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeale of
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Gregory in
the City of London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
Hands and Seales of Sir Fisher Tench< no role > Barronet & Thomas
Robe
< no role > Esqr. Two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex (one whereof is of the Quorum) bearing
Date the Thirty first Day of January last past, John Ondy< no role >
and Sarah < no role > his Wife were removed from the Liberty of
Saffron hill Hatton Garden and Ely Rents in the Parish
of Saint Andrew Holborne in the County of Middlesex unto
the Said Parish of Saint Gregory London alledging the Said
Parish of Saint Gregory to be the Place of their last legall
Settlement.

That Your Petitioners conceiving
themselves agrieved by the Said Warrantor Order
of the Said Two Justices Do therefore appeale to
your Worships therefrom, and humbly pray
that you will be pleased to hear them in the
premisses, and order that the Churchwarden and
Overseers of the Poor of the Said Liberty of Saffron
hill, Hatton Garden and Ely Rents in the Parish
of Saint Andrew Holbourne in the Said County
of Middlesex may appear before you at a
certain Day to be appointed to hear and abide
the Judgment and Determination of your
Worships touching this Appeale.

And your Petitioners shall pray
