Church wardens & Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St. James Clerkenwell in the
said County

Sheweth

That by an Order Under the Hands and
Seales of John Tarver< no role > and John Venner< no role > Esqrs.
Two of his Majestyes Justices of the Peace
for the said County (one of them being of
the QuorumCoram) Bearing date the Seventh day of
March Last Abigail Hayes< no role > Single woman
was Removed from the Parish of Twickenham
in the said County to the said Parish of St. James
Clerkenwell in the said County as the Place of
her Last Legal Settlement.

Your Petitioners thing them Se [..] Agreived
by the said Order and Judgment of the Said Two Justices of the
Peace doeAndAppeale to this Court against the
Same and Humbly Pray your Worships will be
Pleased to Appoint a day the next Sessions to
hear and determine the Same

And your Petitioners as in duty Bound
Shall ever Pray
