Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint Mary Le Bow in the City
of London

That by Order Dated the Seventeenth day of
March last under the hands and Seals of Thomas
Dummer
< no role > and John Mercer< no role > Esquires two of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the said County of Middlesex

William Binfield< no role > was removed and Conveyed from the
Parish of Saint Giles's in the Fields in the said County of
Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint Mary Le Bone as the place of his last legall Settlement

Your Petitioners Conceiving themselves
Agreived thereby Do Appeal from the said
Order of the said Two Justices to the Judgment
and determination of this Honourable Court
and Crave a day of Hearing
