Whereas Complaint hath been made by you the Church-wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish ofKensington
in the said Countyunto us whose Hands
and Seales are hereunto set, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
(Quorum unus) for theCountyaforesaid That Anne

Kensington
there to inhabit asaParishioner contrary to the Laws relat-
ing to the Settlement of the Poor, andisthere like to be-
come chargeable if not timely prevented: And Whereas, upon due
Examination and Enquiry made into the Premises,upon Oath and
other Circumstances
it appears unto us, and we accordingly adjudge,That the said
Anne Webb< no role > is

and that the last legal Place of
Settlement of the saidAnne Webb< no role >
is in the said Parish of
St.James's in the Sd Liberty and County
These are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, to order and require you
the said Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Kensingtonaforesaid, that you,
or some of you, do forthwith remove and convey the said Anne
Webb

from your said Parish ofKensington
to the said Parish ofSt. James's
andherdeliver
to the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor, there, or some or
one of them together with this our Warrant, or Order, or a true
Copy hereof: whereby they are likewise required in his Majesty's
Name, and by Virtue of the Statutes in such Case made, forthwith to
receive the said,Anne Webb< no role >

into their saidParishand provide forher
as their own Parishoner Given under our Hands and Seals the
