The Humble Petition & Appeal of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of St. Martin in the Fields in the
County of Middlesex .

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant under
the Hands and Seals of R. Parsons and Thos. Rea< no role > Esqrs .
Two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex Quorum unus bearing Date the 12th. Day of
August last Sarah Titchbourne< no role > Widow of Edmond Titchborn< no role >
aged about Twenty Nine Years was removed from the parish
of St. George Hanover Square in the said County of Middx .
to the said parish of St. Martin in the Fields as the place of
her last legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners conceive
themselves to be aggrieved.

Therefore they humbly appeal to Your
Worships against the said Pass warrant and Judgment of the said
Two Justices and pray that the Benefit.
of the said Appeal may be saved unto them
untill the next General Quarter Sessions
of the peace to be holden for the County of
Middlesex.

And Your Petrs. Shall ever pay Etc
