It is Ordered by this Court that a letter be
His Maties Justices of the peace assembled at this
present General Quarter Sessions of the peace holden
for this County Doe Order & direct that a letter be

written by the Clerk of the peace unto John Nicoll< no role >
Esqr . one of his Maties Justices of the peace of this
Countythat theto acquaint him that his Maties
Justices of the peace assembled at this present General
Quarter Sessionsdesire doedoe desire that he will
please to dine with them at Hicks hall on Thursday
the seventh day of December next at one of the clock
in the afternoon and after dinner to inform them why
he discharged out of the House of Correccon at
Clerkenwell oneParsons comitted thither by
William Dobyns< no role > & William Bucknall< no role > Esqrs . on the
complaint of Mr.Burgess, his Master for being
an idle & disorderly Apprentice, without first
sending to the comitting Justices, In breach of the
Regulateing Order of Court
