WHEREAS Complaint hath been made by you, unto us
whose Hands and Seals are hereunto set, two of his Ma-
jesty's Justices of the Peace
(Quorum unis) for theCounty-
aforesaid, That
Valereen Mann< no role >
lately intrudedher Self-into your saidParish-
ofShadwell
there to inhabit asaParishioner, contrary to
the Laws relating to the Settlement of the Poor, andshe isthere
Actually
[..] become chargeable,
[..] And,
whereas, upon due Examination and Enquiry made into the Pre-
miseson the oath of the Said Children Mann-
it appears unto
us and we accordigly ad-
-judge, That the saidValereen Mann is Actually

chargeable, and thatherlast legal Place of Settlement was in the
Parish of
St Anns Blackfryers
in the City of
London

THESE are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, to Order and
Require you the said Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor
ofSt Pauls Shadwell
aforesaid, That you or some of you do
forthwith remove and convey the saidValereen Mann-
from you saidParish
to theParish of St Anns-aforesaid, andherdeliver
to the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or some, or
one of them, together with this our Warrant or Order, or a true
Copy hereof, whereby they are likewise requir'd, in his Majesty's
Name, and by Virtue of the Statutes in such Cafe made, forthwith
to receive the saidValereen Mann
into their saidParish of St Annsand provide forher
as their own Parishioner. Given under our Hands and Seals, the
