Whereas the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
poor of the parish of St. Martin in the fields in
this County have exhibited their humble
peticon & appeale unto this Court setting forth-
That by vertue of a Pass warrant under the hands
& seales of Richard Parsons< no role > & Thomas Rea< no role > Esqrs . two
of his Maties Justices of the peace for the said
County (Quorum unus) bearing date the twelfth [..]
day of August last Sarah Titchbourne< no role > widow of
Edmond TitchbourneTitchborn< no role > aged about twenty nine
yeares was removed from the parish of St. George
Hanover square in this County to the said parish of
St. Martin in the fields as the place of her last legal
settlement, whereby the Petrs. conceive themselves to be
aggrieved, And that therefore the petr. appeale to-

this Court against the said pass warrant &
Judgement& Judgement and Judgementof the said
two Justices, whereupon at this request of the
petrs. It is Ordered by this Court that the benefit
of the said appeale be saved unto them, and that
the hearing & determining thereof be and the same
is hereby adjourned untill the next General
