It is Ordered by this Court that the Clerk of
the Peace of this County or his Deputy do attend
The Honble. Sr . Littleton Powys< no role > Knt . One of the
Justices of His Maties Court of Kings Bench ,
to know whether He gave directions that the next
Session of Gaol Delivery at the Old Bayly should
be holden on the fourth day of August next ;
And whether it will be Inconvenient to him or
any other of the Judges, if that Session should
be holden on the Twenty Seventh day of August
next according to the former Appointment of
that Session; and that the said Clerk of the
Peace or his Deputy do lay before the said Mr
Justice Powys the Difficulty this Court lyes
under in relation to the Notice to be given
pursuant to the late Act of Parliament for
Reliefe of insolvent Debtors, & desire his
Opinion thereon
