the said Act of Parliamt.) on the twenty fourth
day of March give notice in writing to the sd. James
Laver
< no role > that he would appeale to the said Quarter
Sessions of the peace to be holden here on the said
sixth day of April aforesaid by adjornmt. in order
to be releived against the said Conviccon, And
that the Petr. did likewise give notice in writing to
the said Justice that he would appeale as aforesaid
against the said Conviccon, and desired him to certify
the said Conviccon to the said Sessions, And the
Petr. prayed that the Court would be pleased to
Order the said James Laver< no role > to attend the Court
some day the same Generall Quarter Sessions of
the peace to shew cause why the Petr. should not
be releived in the premisses according to Law & Justice
the matter of which peticon & appeale exhibited by
the Petr. unto the said Court as aforesaid was
appointed to be heard & determined by the same
Court on Thursday the eighth day of the same
Month of April last , And whereas by order
made by the same Court on that day the hearing
& determining the matter of the said peticon &
appeale was adjourned untill this present
Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace holden for
this County, Now upon heareing of what was
alledgedthe Petr. & alsoe by [..]
Councell for the said James Laver< no role > It is by their
consent Ordered by this Court that the hearing &
determining the matter of the said peticon & appeale
be further adjorned untill the next Generall
Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden for this
County, And that the Petr. and the sd. James Laver< no role >
& all persons concerned doe attend the Court of the
next Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden
for the sd. County by adjornmt. on Tuesday the twelfth
day of October next at ten of the clock in the forenoon to
heare & abide the Judgmt. & determinacon of the same
Court touching the said Peticon & appeale And the said
James Jenyns< no role > Esqr . is desired to certify the aforesaid
Conviccon unto the same Court at the time aforesaid,
