Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
Waddsworth in the County of Surry

Sheweth

That by an Order of removall under the Hands and Seals
of Saml. Grey< no role > Esqr and Sr . John Colbutch< no role > Knt . two of his
Majesties Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx
Ann Beveridge< no role > Widow was removed from the parish of St
Martins in the fields in the sd. County to the parish of
Wandsworth in the County of Surry as the Place of her last
Legall Settlement Yor. petitionr thinking themselves
Agrieved by the Order of the sd Justices humbly Appeal
against the same and desire this Court will please
to appoint some day in this prsent Sessions to hear
and determine the same
