of good Order therein is almost unpassable to
Passengers, And that it is the opinion of the said
two Justices And they doe adjudge that all that
part of the said Lane from the pavement to the
west end thereof as aforesaid ought to be paved
with stone by Order from this Court, the better to
prevent the many inscheifs & inconveniencys
that may otherwise happen to his Maties. Subjects
whose occasions oblige them to pass that way, And

ought to pave the same their houses & tenements
being contignous & adjoining to the said Lane,
This Court upon consideracon of the sd. Certificate
Doth think fit and Order that all that part of
the said Lane from the pavement to the West
end thereof as aforesaid be well & sufficiently
paved with stone according to the Judgment of
the said two Justices of the peace, And the said
John Potter< no role > &the other persons above named are
hereby required (upon notice hereof) well and
sufficiently to pave the same with stone according
to the Judgmt. of the same Justices before the second
day of september now next ensueing under the
penaltys contained in the said Act of Parliament
