Complaint being madeInformacon being given unto this Court that the
dead body of a person [..] (who dyed a Prisons
in his Maties. Goal of Newgate ) was kept four
days in the said Goal after the death of such without being buryed, and
that the keeping of such dead body soe long a time
without [..] interrmt. is a misdemeanor in the
person or persons by whose default the same
happened
It is Ordered by this Court that it be And It is
hereby recomended & referred unto Sr . John Gonson< no role >
