The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
Warden and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of
St Sepulchre [..]

Sheweth

That by a Warrant of Removall under the Hands [..]
Seals of Thomas Pindar< no role > and Simon Michell< no role > Esqrs. Two of this Mats. Justices of
the Peace for the said County (Quor un) bearing date the 17th. day of February
1724 Richard Croker< no role > with Elizabeth< no role > his wife and their four Children vizt
Hannah< no role > aged about Seven years and an half Elizabeth< no role > aged about five years
an half Anne< no role > aged about two years and an half and Mary< no role > about Sixteen
weekes were removed from the Parish of Saint James Clerkenwell in the
said County to the said Parish of Saint Sepulchre as the place of the
[..] Settlement That your Petitioners apprehending themselves
[..] the Order of the said Two Justices humbly Appeals
their Court against the same.

And Pray that this Court will be pleased to
Order that the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of Saint James Clerkenwell and all other parties
concerned may attend this Court Some day this Present of
Quarter Sessions to hear and abide the final Determination
and Judgment of this Court touching the Premisses
