weekes were removed from the Parish of Saint James Clerkenwell
in the
said County to the said Parish of Saint Sepulchre
as the place of the
[..] Settlement That your Petitioners apprehending themselves
[..] the Order of the said Two Justices humbly Appeals
their Court against the same.
And Pray that this Court will be pleased to
Order that the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of Saint James Clerkenwell
and all other parties
concerned may attend this Court Some day this Present of
Quarter Sessions to hear and abide the final Determination
and Judgment of this Court touching the Premisses
And your Petitioners shall ever
