Whereas the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor
of the parish of St. Lawrence Jewry London exhited
their humble peticon & appeale Unto this Court
at this present Generall Quarter Sessions of the
peace holden for this County by adjornmt. on
Tuesday the sixth day of April instant setting forth
that by vertue of an Order under the hands &
seales of Henry Lowth< no role > & D'oyly Michell< no role > Esqrs . two
of his Maties. Justices of the peace for the County of
Middx (Quorum Unus) beareing date the twelfth
day of March last Edward Browne< no role > & Katherine< no role >
his wife Eleanor< no role > aged about five yeares & a
halfe old &. Thomas< no role > aged about three quarters
of a yeare old his children were removed
from the with of St. Mary Islington in the
County of Middx to the sd. parish of St. Lau [..]
Jewry, London as the place of the last legall
Settlemt. of the sd. Edward Browne< no role > , And that the
Petrs. conceiving themselves aggreived by the sd
Order of removeall did appeale against the
same Unto this Court which appeale was
appointed to be heard & determined by this Court
on this present Friday the ninth day of April instant
