Upon heareing of the appeale of the Church wardens
& Overseers of the poor of the hamlett of Wapping
Stepney in this County against an Order Under
the hands & Seales of Samuel Jones< no role > & philip
Willshire
< no role > Esqrs . two of his Maties. Justices of the peace
for the said County (Quorum Unus) beareing [..]
the seventeenth day of February last
where by Peter Sparrow< no role > & Elizabeth< no role > his wife
who were become chargeable to the hamlett of
Milend old Towne in the parish of Stepney
in this County were removed from the said
hamlett of Milend old Towne to the said
hamlett of Wapping Stepney as the place of
their last legall settlemt. And upon heard
of what was alledged on behalfe of the said
Appellants This Court by consent of
Thorne Churchwardens of the said hamlett
Milend old Towne Doth allow of the said
appeale, And doth Vacate & discharge the
aforesaid Order of the said two Justices of the
peace, and the same is hereby vacated and
discharged accordingly, And this Court doth
Order that the Overseers of the poor of the said
hamlett of Wapping Stepney Doe forth with
remove & Wavers the said Peter Sparrow< no role > and
