Upon reading the humble peticon & appeale
of the Church wardens & overseers of the
poor of the parish of Trinity in the City of
Chester in the County of Chester exhibited
virtue this Court setting forth that by an
Order passed the ninth day of December last under the hands & Seals of this of his
Maties. Justices of the peace for the County of Middx
(Quorum Unus) Sarah Urmson< no role > Widdow and her four
Children (vizt.) Ann< no role > aged six yeares Thomas< no role > four
yeares Samuel< no role > two yeares & Richard< no role > a month were
removed from the parish of St. Martins in the fields in
the said County of Middx to the said parish of Trinity
in the City of Chester in the County of Chester as the
parish & place of the last ley all settlemt. of the
said Sarah [..] Urmson< no role > and her four Children, And
that the petrs. think themselves aggreived by the
Order of the said two Justices and appeale therefrom
to this Court, And therefore and in regard to the
distance of the said parish of Trinity from the
County of Middx It was prayed by the petrs. that
this Court would be pleased to appoint some day
in the next Easter Sessions to heard & determine the
