To the Rt. Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middx in their Generall [..] Sessions assembled

The Humble Peticon and appeale of the Church
warden and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
St. Andrew Holborne above barrs in the said County
of Middx

Sheweth

That by virtue of a pass warrant or order under the
hands and seals of John Milner< no role > and John Ellis< no role > Esqrs . two of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middx
(Quorum Unus) bearing date the Twenty fourth day of July
last past whereby Elizabeth Upton< no role > widdow was removed from
the parish of Saint Giles in the Feilds in the County of
Middx aforesaid to the said Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn
above barrs as the place of her last legall Settlement

Your Peticonr: conceiving themselves aggrieved
by the order of the said two Justices humbly
appeale to this Court against the same And pray
that Your Worships would be pleased to appoint some
day this Sessions when all Persons concerned may
be order'd to attend in order to hear the Judgment &
determinacon of this Court touching the sd. Appeale
