The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St Katherine Creechurch
London

That by a pass Warrant or Order under the hands & Seales
of Oliver Lambart< no role > Esqr. and Sr John Colbatch< no role > Knt two
of his Maties Justices of the Peace for the said County
(Quonr Unus) bearing date the the 27th day of June
last past One Elizabeth Goodred< no role > aged about Thirty Four
Years wife of John Goodred< no role > was removed from the
Parish of St Martin in the Feilds in the said County
unto the said parish of St Katherine Creechurch London
as the Place of her last legal Settlement

That your Petitioners humbly conceiving themselves
aggrieved by the said Warrant & Judgment of the
said two Justices do humbly appeal to your.
Worpps therefrom And Pray that your Worpps
will be pleased to order and appoint a day
to Swer and Determine this Appeal
